Asparagus with Bacon

Asparagus with Bacon
Ingredients:
500g of asparagus, cut into 1-inch
2 Tbls. fresh parsley chopped
4 slices of bacon, diced
2 eggs
1 Tbls of parmisan
salt and pepper
Directions:
Put 1 Tbls of oil in a pan and fry the bacon until crispy. Remove the bacon and put the asparagus in the pan and stir fry until tender. Add the eggs, parmisan, the fried bacon and salt to taste and mix everything till eggs are cooked. Serve and sprincle with parsley and black pepper.
